Can't access my account to check or pay my bill

Can't access my account to check or pay my bill Since I signed up on the 20th I have been unable to access my account and since your support is trash and I have to speak to 6 different people just to be put on a 1 hour hold for transfer, I'll air my laundry here. I signed up for Comcast internet on 06/20. Since then I have had a nightmare with Comcast's activation and support team. I can not see my account. When I log in it just shows three dots loading. I've spoken with multiple support reps and get no resolution. In fact Edwin with security just hung up on me! (If you're not yet a Comcast customer you should know this is the typical experience) I need a technician to speak with me and assist so I can access my account to pay my bill or else I'm just going to cancel and get AT&T.

There were a lot of us on these forums who were not able to access our accounts. They do have a fix now, but they will probably have to put in a ticket for you. Once I got a ticket in and once they finally realized it was a bigger problem than a few people, it took over a week to fix. @ComcastChe was the first to let us know that it was a nationwide issue. They may have to fix accounts individually, so maybe contact a mod on here directly. I hope all the new posts popping up get fixed soon!

I'm having the same issue and am on hold forever. I've had the issue for weeks, tried to ignore it thinking maybe different browsers would help. no joy. Can someone help me?

I'm having the same issue however mine is even worse and I can't get nobody on the phone I was about to go to Twitter and complain since I work from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. all day everyday it's kind of hard to sit on hold for 4 hours with no result.

I've had Xfinity prepaid since that came out in my area it's about two plus years or so finally decided to get the regular service cuz I needed more speed when I signed up for it I was expressly told that my prepaid would remain on until I cancelled it and activated my new service when the self-install kit arrived however yesterday my prepaid went down because the signal for the new service was pushed through. Which I can not activate nomatter what I try, and besides I don't even think the prepaid modem is compatible with the service you know I thought I was going to get Bill 6499 a month with auto build a copay with your first set up the other building when I sign up for it and I was supposed to charge $50 as soon as I have to sign up button don't see but I do see the authorizations on the card still to make sure it's a good card got 7 of them all $1 so as you can tell I'm really disappointed here because I've got absolutely no internet except my phone internet

I'm having the same issue - this looks to be pretty common from browsing through these forums yet anyone I speak to in customer service doesn't have a clue.  If there's a solution can it be rolled out to all accounts.

It's crazy that you are getting the run-around on the phone after it was finally acknowledged that this was a nationwide issue. You'd think they would let their customer service reps know and have them put in tickets right away to fix this already known problem. I figured they would have rolled out a site wide fix by now. I keep seeing more and more of these posts popping up on this forum.

I'm having the same issue and I don't know what to do. I have chatted with someone on comcast every single day and they frequently just leave the chat because no one knows how to fix this. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't access any of my profile? I am going to miss the date! This is awful customer service and a huge technology issue that needs to be fixed or I will end up having to change my service within a single month of signing up.

Hey everybody,

 

Just wanted to let you know my ticket has been open 8 days now and no resolution. I spent hours on the phone last time to no end. My ticket has not been answered and I still cannot access my account. No calls from Comcast, no concern. Customer service is garbage. If you're still within the 30 days, cancel.

I am also having the same issues not being able to login to MyAccount as the above posters. This started immediately when I signed up with Comcast.  Phone tech support also did not know how to fix it. Can I send you a PM with my name and account number?

@ComcastChe,  Am I in the twilight zone?  i bought a netgear cable modem on tuesday last week. Had a tech install and rewire the house today (Sunday) the cable modem had some known back end problem with provisioning,  I have the streaming tv service so I dont have to pay for equipment, cant stream tv.  cant access my account.  This is just unreal with all my problems in one day.

 

I need help!

I can not even find the "send a mesasge" option in your page.  Does it only appear when you are online? 

 

Anyways, I just started a new service today and found the exact same issue for my account. Since I cannot get to my account page, nor sending you a mesasge,  or even start a live chat (complaining about invalid account number but nowhere to enter this information), I am stuck.  Would you send me a private message or a call to fix it before I cancel the service?
