Can't Access My Account nor the Xfinity Streaming Service
I am unable to access my account. I am a new customer that just signed up two weeks ago. When I try to access my account, I just get three dots. When I try to access the streaming app I get an error, TVAPP-00115. I contact @ComcastCares on twitter and talked with three different reps. The last rep stated that a ticket had been put in and I would receive a call. I haven't heard anything since. By the time I get to actually try the Instant TV service, my free trial will be over.

There were a lot of us on these forums who were not able to access our accounts. They do have a fix now, but they may have to fix accounts individually, so it might take some time. I would definitely complain and get the free trial extended if you can since this is beyond your control! I hope all the new posts popping up get fixed soon!
