Brand New Customer -- Can't Sign Into My Account

Just submitted an order for Xfinity Internet today, paid the fees and am now trying to access "My Account." I have been getting errors with signing in across the entire site, and can't even access the chat for help because of a "failure to sign in" ... makes a lot of sense (NOT).

 

Can someone from Xfinity please help me with this issue? I am brand new and so far... not so good.

Really hoping I can get some assistance on this... I don't even know if my ordered was properly submitted or not! I can't confirm anything if I can't even view My Account for the first time. Smiley Sad
