So for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to access my billing information, and have been stuck with this issue. I used the Xfinity Wifi service because I needed it in order to set up my current service, and now it seems to have made me redirect there everytime I try to view my account. Please do help as this is becoming very frusterating.
Hello? Are you guys going to help me or not? I've been waiting for a response, and nothing? I can't pay my own bill if your site continues to direct me to YOUR Wifiondemand site every time I try to access my information. Will I really have to contact something higher to get this resolved?
