Be removed as secondary user on another account

I'm attempting to be removed as a secondary user on another account. I've contacted customer service several times and they've each said they've fixed the problem, but I can still see this other account when I log in. Also, when I log into xFi on my phone I am unable to manage my own network. Instead I see the network associated with the account I have secondary rights on.
