I'm trying to setup AutoPay and whenever I select "Setup" after entering my banking information it just scrolls to the top of the page and doesn't accept my information. I've tried Chrome and Internet Explorer and neither work. Just hovering over the "Setup" button shows "https://customer.xfinity.com". There's nothing requesting me to agree to any terms or agreements, it's just stuck with all my info input on the main page after selecting "New Bank Account".
Sorry for the experience your having. What type of device are you using when you are attempting to add this information? If you use a different device, do you get the same results?
