As primary account holder - only getting restricted secondary user access
I have spent nearly 4 hours on the phone and 3 days trying to get Comcast to correct My Account log-in so I can access my bill and manage my account. While my username shows to them as a primary account holder, my access is considered secondary and restricted. I moved and have a new account merged with old contact information. I don't appear to be the only one having this issue. How does this get corrected?
