I am overseas and am having a whole new house system installed at my home in the states. The company that is doing this will need access to my account (temporarily) by adding some features and boxes etc. I can’t call an 800 number from Australia to ask this question or add them. Is it possible to add them to my account for let’s say 60 days whitest they do the install and retrieve boxes and services etc?
