I have been a Comcast customer for many years. I recently purchased a second home in Florida. I added internet service and used the Florida address but the same Email address. Installation went fine and the service is working fine. The issue is I can’t or don’t know how to access my Florida account. I tried a chat with support and all did was had me reset my password. No difference. All I see is my Indiana account.
