My other account, which is under this one, has been locked out for security reasons by Xfinity. The only option given is to reset your password. However, it will not let me reset my password. It goes from the "Need help resetting your password?" screen to "Reset your password" and then straight back to "Need help resetting your password?". I've both called and chatted with support and neither has helped in the slightest. I put the exact screens I see below to clarify. And yes, I did enter the username for the account that I am trying to change the password for.
