Account is stuck in set up phase

I've been using using Xfinity internet for around a month now, and I expect there is a bill I need to pay soon. Since I signed up and began internet usage, any attempts to access my account online have been met with a redirect to this page: https://customer.xfinity.com/#/no-account

 

The username listed is correct, the email listed is my username@comcast.net (an email I can't access, never wanted, and didn't sign up for). I seem to still get the communications from comcast at my normal email. Attempts to use the "call me" support function are met with a "We're having trouble scheduling your callback" error page and subsequent redirects to the link above. 

 

How can I get my account functional so I can go into debt and give you all of my money?
