Accessing Account

I am unable to log into my account. I have changed the password and keep getting the "We're unable to manage your account at this time". When I try to to open a chat with a rep, all I get is the small box saying "Account number not valid".

 

EDIT: I am unable to access any other part of my xfinity homescreen IE Upgrade, messages, etc.

Hi lianchavda, I can make sure your account login information is correct on our end. Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can get started.

I am having this same issue. I know it is not the login info as I went over that with a rep last week.
