Hello! I'm unable to access my account for a while, web and app both, always "A communication error has occurred. ". Please help.

May I respectfully suggest that someone from Comcast actually post a solution to this problem in the public forum, instead of just privately contacting (pm'ing) all the people who are having the same issue? Isn't that what a public forum like this is useful for?
