I'm the latest person to have this problem. Just signed up. First thing that happens after signing up for this service is to find out that this massive ISP does not know how to create an account, and that despite this problem having existed for 7 months the best solution they have come up with is to have people PM customer service reps on forum.
So, who should I PM?
