xfinity xfi welcome

I set up my 6 xfinity wifi pods succcesfully.  now on my xFi app i keep getting welcome, sign in requests.  It just freezes up and I can never get back to my 6 pod control system.  My sonos wifi system no longer works with these freezes.  frustrating. I purchased the 6 xfinity pods to make my TV and sonos work!

You can try 1800comcast; I've escalated your issue to a Comcast rep.
