It is not your computer or your browsers. I also have they same problem have spent 10 hours on the phone with multiple specialists. It is a problem on their end with THEIR ADDS!!! They are corrupt or not programed correctly. Sometimes it takes three browsers to watch one show. Because some ADDS only work with one browser and some only with another. Took me a month or two to figure it out. They have thousands of employees but can't seem to figure it out. Or they know and protocol is to blame the customers equipment.
I am having the same issue constantly, cannot watch anything streaming without sitting at the desk to be able to click refresh every few minutes in chrome. streaming will not play in firefox at all. all plugins are up to date and i cannot even begin to figure out now how to repair to be able to watch what i pay too much money for...low quality. other sites streaming work without any issues whatsoever.
Screen goes black and stays black once a commercial break comes up. No audio no video no nothin. Refreshing the page brings back the last few seconds watched but then reverts to the black screen again.
