Since Sunday morning Oct 1.......Can't access any of my email accounts through Xfinity connect homepage on any PC.
Get this message:
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /appsuite/api/comcast/openid.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
The same thing happened to me. I can't access Xfinity Connect because the loading takes forever, and I can't get any email before the screen went blue! Please fix Xfinity Connect!
Hello all, I am happy to assist you with your email issues. Are you getting this error by signing in online or through our "Xfinity Connect app"? Are you using a third party email client such as Outlook or Apple mail? Do you get the same error on all of the users on the account?
