Hi mrrichway, xFi is only able to support 1 Gateway per account so for unique setups (like it sounds like you have) xFi will decide on a Gateway and only monitor network activity through that device. If you would like us to switch the Gateway that xFi is currently set up for on your account, we are able to do that. Please send me a Private Message with your account number and we can take a look.
I have the same issue. So, with only one gateway per account/app, can I create a second account to control my other gateway?
You would have to pay for that second account and I'm not sure how two networks would be set up in one residence.
