wifi radios can't see weak network signal

Hello,

seems like when voice was activated and cordless phone was plugged in to my arris surfboard SVG248AC  cable modem my logitech squeezebox wifi radios can't find, keep or aquire the (only the wifi radio that is the close to the cable modem will work sometimes?!). even using the push button method. Are the "radios" butting heads with the uniden 2080 -5 dect 6  cordless phone as in signal interference. Should I try a reset? and if I do will I have to call to activate voice and internet again?

 

Any answers will be gratefully appreciated

The dect 6 phone system uses a completely different frequency than WiFi do systems, so it can't interfere. You can try a reset and it won't need a re-activation from Comcast.
