I am not receiving emails from my boss. He can receive my emails but when he replys, forwards or sends emails they never show up in my box, spam etc. I have put the address on "always accept this address" settings etc and nothing seems to work. Can anyone provide help?

Comcast does not offer such a setting. They should, but they don't. If that setting is in an email program or app on a computer or mobile device, it means nothing to Comcast, only to that program or app.
Check your Spam settings. If "Enable spam filtering" is checked but "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" is not, suspected spam messages are just thrown away. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience.
If the settings are correct and an employee doesn't take care of this for you here, Comcast Security Assurance might be able to help. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
