It would be nice to know the answer. There are 100 questions of wher to go to forward email. They keep saying to look for "Basic and Email Settings", but I, like many others, only see "Basic Settings". The answer is always to logon as the primary user. But I am the only user on the account and have not setup another. I just setup the service a couple of days ago. Logged on with my user id and also with my comcast email address and the "Email Settings" are nowhere to be found.
Did not have a problem until recently with new changes in email functions by comcast?? Now cannot find a way to forward mail to others.
