Good Morning,

I was curious to find out if you would be able to tell if someone is on the internet (XBOX) in my home?

Routers would be able to tell you what devices are connected and some may report their data usage in real time. If you have a Comcast supplied gateway (all-in-one device) Xfinity Xfi might be helpful to you.
