Is there such a thing as a signal strength indicator for our wifi connection for the task bar on pc's for window 10?

Sorry no.  I guess i didn't phrase my question right.  I have the wifi icon in the taskbar, but what i am looking for is a signal strength indicator to see how strong the wifi signal is.

It's not very granular. All that you can see is how many bars are lit up to get a general idea of the strength. You can however install a program like the like inSSIDer app to get a numerical readout of the strength of your broadcast signal as well as others in your immediate area. It has other helpful features as well. Google "inssider" for info / download.
