sign in non-functional in xfinity home oage?

we have several accts on xfinity connect and i cannot seem to sign in on my acct using the sign in box on upper right of of xfinity home page.  When i click on the box (sign in) no box comes up where i can fill in my e-mail adress and password.  What is the problem?  I am using chrome browser with windows 7 hp.

Hi Redfordl, have you tired signing in on a device other than the one you're currently using? Do you have more than one username to test your sign in? Can you sign into another app other than the connect app? Do you get an error message while trying to sign in?
