service interuptions

Throughout the day was have had intermittent, at best, TV service.  Picture and sound are in and out on all channels. Several times we have lost internet and telephone connection.  We are assuming that this is related to the high wind conditions in the northeast.  However, the winds have subsided in our area. (Frederick, Maryland).  Anyone else having these problems?
