How do I arrange sent emails in chronological order?
You should be able to sort them the same way you can in the Inbox. Select the Sent folder, and then right-click on any message in the list, and you should see this----------------------
Is that what you mean? Also, at the top of the list where it says "Sorted by", look for a little black arrowhead to the right of it. If you click on that it acts like a toggle switch to change the list from ascending to descending by date.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
