Post all settings you are using please.  Also post which browser and version". Clear your browser cache.


The settings should be:

incoming server:

Port 995 with SSL ON

Outgoing server:

Outgoing Port:  465 with SSL ON

Under the Server tab: Thus server requires Authenticaton  must be checked.

Do NOT check SOA ( secure password authentication



Tgesecarectgecsettibgs ypusing POP, if using IMAP, post back for those settings.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

Problem with sending and receiving mail on Outlook 2007
