sb8200 T3 issues

Hey I have gigabit connection i talked to the tech op supervisor and there not fixing my t3 issue he said he working on it but still no fix. I dont think they can find my upstream problem its annoying me because they told me its noise in the upstream on one of the channels inner frequency response is going over +2 and its causeing issues like lag and buffering is there a way you guys can help to fix this issue or its impossible i pay 321 a month i got lots of techs that came to my house said everything fine and the power is like at a 9 because i have a amp its not causing the issue i tested it putting the amp in makes my connection better i tried diffrent gigabit modems still t3 idk if its a cmts issue or just someone is my nieghborhood causing noise could anyone help please!

Being that you've already had tech visits, I'm going to try escalating your ongoing issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic.

Thx eg i have muiltple modems and a tech told me he checked some of the adress in my nieghborhood he said there getting t3 as well is just one frequecy thats causing the issue
