saved e-mail folder

The saved e-mail folders that I set up are now gone. The in box, spam, sent and deleted folders are still there. How do I get the saved folders back?

Look to the left of the other folders for a small black arrowhead.  If you see one click on it.  Do the missing folders reappear?  In the new format, click on "My folders".

There are no small black arrows to the left of the other folders.

Then you need to call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account-----------------------------
