private domain blocked

My cousin from the UK sends me emails from her private domain which I can receive but cannot reply to......why?   And how can I fix this.  I can send her emails from yahoo at her private domain but not xfinity (comcast.net).

Dealing with email from foreign sources can be problematic in Comcast email.  Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain------------------------
