print an email attachment letter without having an advertisement get overlaid on document

Whenever I receive an attachment to an email and desire to print it, it displays normal upon opening, but when I print it, or print prevue it,  an advertisement appears. I cannot find a way to prevent this.

What is the source of the ad?  Comcast or something else?  Do you have your pop-up blocker enabled in your browser settings?  Can you download the attachment to your computer?  If so you should be able to print it from there.
