possible email filter issue

A few months ago I had someone tell me they were unable to send an email to me because it was determined to be spam. I hadn't made any changes so considered it an isolated incident, until it wasn't. Several times since, I have had this same problem. I looked at the settings for my filter and really don't see anything set, so not sure why this is happening. Can someone give me something more to look into? I don't get email from this party often, but would like it not to be a hassle when I do. Thanks in advance

Could you send me a private message with additional details?  Such as the date/time the message was sent and the email address of the person sending those messages?  Thank you.
