FWIW, the "packet loss" is occuring at the destination server / site, not locally.

Hello:

In reply to your answer: "FWIW, the "packet loss" is occuring at the destination server / site, not locally." ...you have to consider that IP: 50.248.117.198 belong to comcast according to the web: https://whoisip.ovh/50.247.117.198

"The IP address 50.247.117.198 is provided by Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, it's belong to the CDIR (Classless Inter-Domain Routing) 50.128.0.0/9 (range 50.128.0.0 to 50.255.255.255), The autonomous system number (ASN) is 7922 and the numerical IP for 50.247.117.198 is 855078342."

Thefore this IP when have packet loss is affecting my home internet too.

It doesn't work quite that way. From your trace, it appears to be a destination server, not an intermediate / transit router. If so, it can't affect everything on your home network, only what is located at / coming from that particular domain.

Why are you tracing to / what is located at that particular IP address ?
