Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!

numerous connectivity drops - no one has resolved

Having numerous connectivity drops on a daily basis. One house call, numerous phone calls, newest available modem and new connections outside my house. Nothing has resolved issue. Very frustrating and troublesome when you work from home and are in middle of presentation when it drops.
