Re: no emails

SAfter you sign in with your username and password, click on the word EMAIL at the top if the page.  That should take you right to the Xfinity Connect Inbox.  Once there, click on an email to open it.


If you don't go to the XC Inbox, tell me exactly what happens when you follow the steps I posted.

Are you getting a spinning circle?

Post back with that information AND

Which browser/ version you are using?

Have you cleared your browser cache?  If not, do so now, then try again.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
