new email format bad gateway 502 message

Does anyone have a solution to the problems with the new email format? At least twice a day I get the "bad gateway 502" message, then it takes several tries to be able to log in to my email. Onc logged in, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to load messages. I have called Comcast with a call back request-no one has called! So very, very annoying!

Then start with-----------

 


Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
