my email will not send or recive

Using live mail.  I worked last week and it works on my phone .  Here is the error message:


Unable to send or receive messages for the Comcast (mbatson) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Port: 995

I cannot find any troubleshooting info to even begin.

After hours of working on this it decides to work 10 minutes after my post.  Must be the server down then up.
