New Poster

The Comcast Rep that brought our hard wire into the house made an error in spelling of the last name.  The new rep yesterday changed it to the correct spelling, but now it is still coming up incorrectly?

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if the same thing happens.
