legitimate emails getting caught in comcast spam filter

Why is Comcast randomly flagging people I've been corresponding with as spam? (see below) I complained about this once before and the problem was fixed then but now it has returned. Please fix this so that I don't have to keep contacting you to ask you to deliver my email.

Re: legitimate emails getting caught in comcast spam filter

Hello Aakash,

Members of my family who are Comcast subscribers are having the same issue receiving Email from my brother who lives in Japan from both of his email addresses.  He has had no success dealing with this issue through his Japanese service provider since it is Comcast blocking his emails.  Could you please see if you can allow email from both his accounts to be delivered to my family's email addresses at:

lbandlow@comcast.net and papamimibandlow@comcast.net    ?

His valid email addresses are:

 mdj@mdj-inter.com   and  tek2_md2@utopia.ocn.ne.jp

Below is a sample of the error message he is receiving....with Comcast code BL000000

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Southern Comfort,

Please do NOT list complete email addresses in postings.  This is a public forum and basically anyone can see those addresses and use them for not nice purposes; e.g. sending those addys spam.

Thanks.

Re: legitimate emails getting caught in comcast spam filter

Hi Aakash....Comcast is still blocking my brother's email from Japan.  Other providers such as Windstream.com are also blocking him now.  Perhaps his internet provider is being blacklisted?

Thanks for trying....  Rejection msg is below:
