I have also been getting the same message on three different PCs running Windows 10 and using Firefox, Edge and Chrome. I can access my email on Thunderbird and Microsoft Mail OK. I cannot log on to the Xfinity web site at all.

Don't what I did wrong - if anything.  Am using a four year old iMac OS High Sierra.  Starting getting this error message about three days ago.
