frequent internet connection drop for short period of time

Hello,

The internet connection has not been stable from the start of the internet service.  The connection drops for several minutes for no reason and it happens multiple times per day.  The outrage map at the xfinity site shows that my area is in service.  I even tried replacing the CM to Arris SB6183 to see if the CM is the culprit, but no luck.

Is there anything I should check before call for technician visit?
