every thing in email is chinese

Every time i go to my e mail it is now in chinese and i am in english. never changed anything??

In Appsuite [connect.xfinity.com/appsuite] click on the gear icon then on Settings.

Click on Basic settings in the left pane.

In the right pane you should then see where you can change to English.

 

If that doesn't work, post back again.
