Any emails sent to a comcast.net customer is not received by them. It is also not kicked back to us. Emails were sent through Mandrill, but from wellright.com. I have been able to test it. It looks like it goes to the email (shows delivered on our end), but the user never receives it. This has been happening for at least week. Please help!
Are you a business customer?
Yes, I don't know who to contact about this issue. I tried Blocked Provider Request Form, but the IP I provided was not blocked and they are not investigating any further.
If you're a business class customer, you need to be posting in the business class forums. This is for residential services.
She had also sent me a PM, should now be resolved.
ComcastAlex the sending of unrequested PM's is against Forum Guidelines now.
