Go to Google webmail.  On the left side under the word Google you should see Gmail with a down arrow.  [Gmail v]  Click on that and you will get a drop down box; click on Contacts.  A page will open that should show your contacts on the right side and a menu on the left.  Click on More, then on Export.  You can probably use either Google CSV or Outlook CSV for your export file.  Select your contacts if you don't want to export them all, then click on Export.  Remember where this file is downloaded to.


If you're in the new webmail [] click on Address Book and then next to My address books/Address Book click on the three lines and choose Import.  Locate the file you downloaded and click Open.


This should Import your contacts from Gmail.
