If you mean that you've lost the row of icons across the top of my.xfinity.com that gives you access to webmail:

  • If you are logged in, clicking https://connect.xfinity.com/ or typing it into the address bar should open your webmail page. If you are not logged in, you'll need to do it twice: the first time to log in, the second time to open webmail.
  • What browser are you using? What version?

If you are having some other problem, what is it? Any error messages? The more details you can provide, the better.
