My old computer was a windows 8.1. I had my email on desktop so if I was going be home for a couple of days I could check emails and compose emails by just clicking on icon. With windows 10 I cant figure out how to put it on desktop. Every time I x out of my email I have to sign back into it. With 8.1 and the icon on desktop I could stay signed in as long as I wanted to.
Staying signed into your Comcast account is a function of whatever browser you are using. When you sign in make sure you check the box underneath the sign-in credentials to keep you signed in. As for the desktop, resize the window so you can see it, then drag and drop the URL from your browser's address bar to the desktop. That should leave an icon there.
