It used to be so easy to "move" an email to a folder before you changed to the new format, which by the way I don't like.  How do I move an email to a folder?

Try to drag and drop the message from the list to the folder you want in the left folders pane.  OR, select the message, then click on the move button in the toolbar.  It looks like a file folder with an arrow in it.
