email won't open

Have not been able to open my e mail messages. Inbox shows several emails. But unable to open them.

other user on this comp. is able to open his.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

When I go to open my emails, it just says "Untitled" on the top line and nothing happens...What can I do?

Hi katzwer -- We are currently experiencing an issue with our email platform. Our engineering team is aware of this issue and are working on a fix. We should have this resolved shortly.
