Re: email receipt

The lack of a return receipt feature is a major error on your system. Admittedly, the receiver can refuse to provide a receipt but many allow it to be sent. This saves on endless phone calls to find out if the email was received.

This limits your users to the consumer portion of your system. A big error.

Re: email receipt

Xfinity Connect does not have that feature. Most email clients do have that option tho.

Remember too, that the person you are sending to, always have the option to ignore the request on their end.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Does anyone know if I can set my e-mail to receive a receipt that the recipient opened the e-mail?
