email problems

Since November 11, I have been unable to receive all emails sent to my Comcast address.  In addition, I am unable to send emails.  I keep getting a message that my user name or pw is incorrect.  Have entered the correct info at least a dozen times, and have even changed my pw.  My outbox still contains an important email and I have been unable to send it via laptop or iPhone.  Needless to say, very unworkable situation and I must find a solution soon.

Besides the iPhone, what other device do you have?  What kind of laptop?  Is it a Mac Book?  Are you using Mac Mail on it or only the webmail interface or what?
